quality teams (NQT). "These community teams are meeting and discussing what
the problems and issues are in their communities and what needs they have in an

this by monitoring customer satisfaction through NRS, doing research through focus
groups and making improvements through NQT. It will send a customer to another builder
if it can't provide the home the customer is looking for.
