Reports lets your team see your company's overall performance and then drill down on any question for

AVID Reports gives you access to on-demand secured live data. When data enters the AVID
Ratings database it is automatically included in AVID Reports. That means you can see feedback and updated
analysis as soon as a new survey is completed.
Industry Benchmarking Because AVID Ratings is an industry leader in the customer loyalty management field, we
have over 400 builders that we can use to benchmark your organization. This allows you to confidentially
see how your company compares to your competitors. In addition, AVID allows you to compare your results
to 11 different geographical regions, including the only provincial benchmark for both Ontario and Alberta.
All data is confidential, and no one else will be able to see your company’s specific results.
On-demand Optional Field Drill Down Our reporting system allows you to access up to 20 optional fields (i.e. Construction
Manager, Model, Design Coordinator, Customer Service Rep, Sales Rep). By supplying these optional fields
to AVID your team receives more detailed ongoing performance feedback. This results in increased sales

Survey Explorer Survey Explorer is designed to categorize surveys and organize them based on a variety

has analyzed surveys collected over multiple years to see how customers group together. The result was
a nine categorization matrix which evaluates each homeowner’s overall survey score, willingness
to recommend, and number of actual recommendations made. Our nine loyalty types will enhance your ability
to understand and improve customer delight because we not only categorize respondents by overall satisfaction
and referral potential, but we also provide a detailed description of the implications of the referral

Company Aspect, Trending, and Question Ranking The Company Aspect application provides you with a chart of your company’s division
or community rankings in order from highest to lowest. These rankings are based on criteria set by you,
and this is where your optional field data can really come in handy. This tool gives you the power to
compare communities and/or divisions by certain attributes such as overall product and service satisfaction.
The Trending application displays the average rolling trend scores based upon a specific survey study,
business unit/community, and time period. You will find this application useful because it allows you
to measure how a new product or process is doing over a specified period of time.
Both the Company Aspect and Trending applications display your divisional and community
survey response rate data so that you can make more informed decisions regarding search criteria.
The Question Ranking application displays the survey question rankings in order from highest to lowest
scores or vise versa. This application can help you to find out the most needed areas of improvement
and areas of great success. In addition, your top 5 and bottom 5 categories are always displayed on
your homepage as a quick reference.
Customize Alerts and Notification Using AVID Reports means you have access to the AVID Notification system. This feature
e-mails your team when a survey comes in below or above thresholds that you set. This is a valuable
tool for keeping your staff connected to your customers. For example, when a low survey comes in, e-mails
can alert the appropriate staff member so they can take action. When positive surveys come in, your
team can celebrate a success.
Incentive Compensation Reports When it comes to making improvements, tying employee compensation to customer results
is very effective. AVID offers both consulting and specialized incentive compensation reports that makes
